Vulnerability vs. Invulnerablity. Why do we armour up?

Vulnerability as the Gateway to Emapthy:

Scarcity Culture creates "Never Enough" mindset. As a result of us feeling never enough, we protect ourselves from judgement, criticism, ridicule, blame and fear by armouring up. However this invulnerabilty locks us out of Love, Belonging, Joy, Intimacy, Trust, Innovation and Creativity and especially Empathy.

Empathy

Fuels Connection

1. Perspective Taking : the ability to recognize another's perspective as THEIR truth

2. Staying out of Judegment

3. Recognizing Emotion in Another

4. Being able to communicate that (Feeling with another)

Blame is discharging of discomfort and Pain

Blaming blocks Empathy

Accountability is a vulnerable process. When we are listening to place blame we are not listening with Empathy.
